Warranty Information

Every Lowave purchase is protected by our automatically registered international 1 year warranty.

We are proud of the quality of the products we offer and will gladly do a 1-to-1 replacement for the defective product during the warranty period up to three times. Subsequent exchanges will be subject to a $30.00 SGD administrative fee per item.

All replacements require a proof of purchase and for the defective product to be returned to us for verification and to aid in quality control efforts before any replacements can be issued.

Returned products must be in either its original packaging or a packaging which provides an equivalent degree of protection.

Kindly note that we are unable to cover return shipping costs or refund the original shipping and duties charges. To return your order, please use a ‘tracked’ service as we can only issue a replacement for products that are returned to us and we do not take responsibility for lost parcels en route to us.

What is covered:

  • Manufacture defects
  • Material issues
  • Workmanship issues

What is not covered:

  • Normal wear and tear
  • Accidental damage from drops, hits, scratches, chipped surfaces, etc.
  • Improper use, care, or cleaning

Warranty is void if the product is found to have been repaired, tampered with or modified in any way by anyone other than Lowave. We do not offer monetary reimbursement nor is the warranty transferable.
