Our Lo Pulse™ Technology uses a form of advanced electrical nerve stimulation technology, which is proven to naturally relieve period cramps.

The Pod Pro won't cause disruptions to your period cycle, hormonal balance, fertility or other bodily functions.

However, we advise against using The Pod Pro during fertility treatments.

We recommend choosing an intensity that is strong enough to soothe your cramps is comfortable enough to be soothing for you and increasing the intensity level gradually as needed.

You can use your Pod Pro for 15-30 minutes at a time. Each soothing session lasts for 15 minutes, after which the Pod Pro will automatically turn off. You can also press and hold the power button to manually end your session at any time.

The Pod Pro can provide at least forty 30-minute sessions on a full charge!

Yes! The Pod Pro is small, lightweight, and designed for comfort so you can wear it while you’re at work or resting at home.

Before use, ensure that the surface of the skin is clean. Store the protective film inside the Pod Pro case.

After use, stick the protective film back onto the patches on the correct side, then place them back into the Pod.

*If the stickiness of the patches has reduced, use a small amount of water to clean. Stickiness will restore after the patches have dried.

Lowave's premium hydrogel patches are designed to last through multiple soothing sessions. The longevity of the hydrogel patches is subject to various factors such as frequency of use, skin type and proper care.

Each patch typically lasts between 30–50 uses. For optimal performance and hygiene, we recommend replacing them when they’re no longer sticky, usually after 2 to 3 months!
