At Lowave, we are committed to providing high quality products that you will love, therefore we offer a 30-Day Risk-Free guarantee.
You have a full 30 DAYS to try the Pod Pro and fall in love with instant pain relief. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase within 30 days of delivery, we will be delighted to process a return for you.
Please note that all returns must meet the following criteria:
- The product(s) must be in their original packaging and in good condition
- Documentation of proof of purchase is required
- For Lowave Pod Pro returns, all components and additional patches provided in the bundle must also be returned in their original condition
We require that all products be returned in their original packaging and in good condition to facilitate the refund process.
Lowave reserves the rights to reject any returns / exchanges should the above conditions not be fulfilled. You will be responsible to arrange for your own delivery service to retrieve the items back.
Additionally, to avoid damage during transit, please ensure proper packaging when returning items. Lowave reserves the right to deny returns if product(s) are received in damaged or poor condition.
To return your order, please use a ‘Tracked’ Service as we can only issue a refund for products that are returned to us and we do not take responsibility for lost parcels whilst being returned to us.
How do I initiate a return?
To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer support team at hey@lowavelife.com and any one of our customer care representative will guide you through the process.
When reaching out, include your order number and photos of the unsatisfactory item(s) for our reference. Our team will guide you through the subsequent process.
Processing fee for returns
All returns will incur a flat processing fee of $50 to cover administrative costs. This fee covers the administrative, processing and logistical costs associated with handling your return or exchange. Please take note we do not include shipping and for the refund to be effective, the item along with all accessories must be sent back us to us in good condition for the refund to be valid.
Refund process
Upon receipt of your returned item(s) and verification of their condition, we will process your refund within 10 to 14 business days. You will receive an email notification once the refund has been initiated. The refund amount will be credited back to your original payment method.
Please note that any returns requested after 30 days from the delivery receipt will not be covered by our 30-Day return policy.
All returns must reach us within 10 days from the end of the return window.
