Return Policy

At Lowave, we are committed to providing high quality products that you will love, therefore we offer a 30-Day Risk-Free guarantee.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase within 30 days of delivery, we will issue a full refund less processing fee* in the original method of payment.

Please note that all returns must meet the following criteria:

  • The product(s) must be in their original condition
  • Documentation of proof of purchase is required
  • For Lowave Pod Pro returns, all additional patches in the bundle must also be returned in their original condition

We require that all products be returned in their original condition to facilitate the refund process.

Additionally, to avoid damage during transit, please ensure proper packaging when returning items. Lowave reserves the right to deny returns if product(s) are received in damaged or poor condition.

Our 30-Day return policy does not include sale or promotional items, gift-with-purchase items.

To return your order, please use a ‘Tracked’ Service as we can only issue a refund for products that are returned to us and we do not take responsibility for lost parcels whilst being returned to us.

Kindly note that we are unable to cover return shipping costs or refund the original shipping and duties charges unless the return is due to our error. Return shipping cost is not included in the processing fee.

How do I initiate a return?

To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer support team at hey@lowavelife.com and any one of our customer care representative will guide you through the process.

When reaching out, include your order number and photos of the unsatisfactory item(s) for our reference. Our team will guide you through the subsequent process.

Processing fee for returns

All returns will incur a flat processing fee of $30 to cover administrative costs.

Refund process

Upon receipt of your returned item(s) and verification of their condition, we will process your refund within 10 to 14 business days. You will receive an email notification once the refund has been initiated. The refund amount will be credited back to your original payment method.

Please note that any returns requested after 30 days from the delivery receipt will not be covered by our 30-Day return policy.

International orders

Our 30-Day Return Policy extends to international orders as well!

Please do note that we are unable to cover return shipping costs or refund the original shipping and duties charges. Return shipping cost is not included in the processing fee unless the return is due to our error.
